How to build a profitable podcast.
This week's bCaster of the week is Frederic Kalinke the host of The Getting There Show.
Let us welcome our bCaster of the week...
This week, it's Frederic Kalinke with The Getting There Show - welcome Frederic!
Why did you start your podcast?
To complement my educational bootcamps that I deliver to the best business schools in the world.
I interview amazing digital leaders about their careers and unpack the key influences and decisions that have helped get them to where they are today.
Listeners get the books, the mental models, inspirations and all the steps in their journey, to help guide them on your own path. As Isaac Newton said, “if I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants”.
What has been the best thing about running your podcast?
It provides another incentive to enroll in our bootcamps and keep engaged with the Exactimo community (I'm trying to build network effects into the business).
Who is your perfect listener and how do you help them?
Business School Career Services and Business School students. We help the former help their students make better career decisions. We help the latter connect with great digital leaders.
Have you made a profit from your podcast? If not, do you plan too?
Not directly, but plenty of indirect benefits like more bootcamp enrolls, effective conversations with business schools, personally connecting with great people.
What is your favourite thing about podcasting?
Finding and talking to brilliant people.

Thanks for sharing Frederic - Knowing how successful people got where they are and what they did to get there would undoubtedly help those who are new to the industry and those who are struggling to achieve their objectives and success.
We're so really grateful to have you!
