Why did you start your podcast?‍

Since I worked as an agency recruiter and headhunter I found out for myself, that there are so many question marks in the eye of a job seeker.

He has a few days to understand how the internal recruiting processes are working and he has to find a way to position himself into the market, that the companies can see, what the value of the future employee is.

‍What has been the best thing about running your podcast?

I love the interaction that is happening through my podcast.

This is giving me the ability to produce more and more of high quality content - together with my audience.

That's what I stand for... Quality value content. I just love it!

‍Who is your perfect listener and how do you help them?

People that are not only looking for a job - but their dream job.

With the new ways of job search mentioned in the podcast everyone is able to go new, innovative ways.

The perfect listener is the one really tired about his actual situation and willing to go the steps, that will bring him into his dream job.

The steps are not easy, but totally worth it.

Have you made a profit from your podcast? If not, do you plan too?‍

Not yet. The podcast is a great tool to connect with my audience, to earn credibility and show the people what they get in a 1:1 session or in my online academy.

‍What is your favourite thing about podcasting?

In the beginning, it is quite hard to plan your content, get things together.

Even if I am a great speaker in front of people it was new to just speak into a microphone.

After the first 8 episodes I fell in love with it and it's cool to see yourself grow through this.

I look forward to getting guests into the podcast and grow with this great format!
